NAME AND DOMICILE 

Art. 1  an Association with the name "Next Generation – Classic Festival Bad Ragaz" exists within the meaning pf Art. 60 ff. ZGB. The Association shall exist for an indefinite period of time.

Art. 2  The Association has its domicile in CH-7310 Bad Ragaz, Canton St. Gallen, in Switzerland.   

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE

Art. 3  The Association Next Generation – Classic Festival Bad Ragaz has the purpose of supporting talented young musicians internationally, particularly by virtue of pursuing the objective of presenting such musicians in concerts and music festivals in and near Bad Ragaz.

MEMBERSHIP

Art. 4  Members of the Association Next Generation – Classic Festival Bad Ragaz can be natural and juristic persons who recognize and support the aims of the Association. Applications for membership shall be submitted in writing to the President. The Board shall make all decisions regarding membership.
